I. G. Thomas' dissertation incorrectly prints the date of this list as '13th c.' (Thomas 1974:348). John Brame lived in the fourteenth century, probably ca. 1360–1400, so the list should be dated to the latter half of the fourteenth century (Blomefield 1805:127–128).
